Luna and Ginsburg

Two spitfires, one Mexican-immigrant and one Jew-Talian (comedians Selene Luna and Nadya Ginsburg) perform a sketch comedy show portraying ridiculous spoofs and satires. Luna and Ginsburg tackle celebrity culture, racism, Reality TV, social strife, celebrity impersonations, headline news and the entertainment industry, all with comedic flair and a touch of defiance.  

At 3'10", SELENE LUNA is a small package with a big presence. True to her cabaret roots, Luna has built a career performing in burlesque and sketch comedy. In 2007, Miss Luna won critical notice for her featured performance in comedian Margaret Cho's Off-Broadway variety show, The Sensuous Woman. The New York Times called her "a polished spitfire," while NY Metromix praised her performance as "smart and endearing." Last year, Luna could be seen co-starring alongside Margaret Cho in the VH1 comedy series, The Cho Show. This year, Luna hit the big screen in Lionsgate's My Bloody Valentine 3D and co-starred in Demonic Toys 2: Personal Demons. Selene Luna has carved a niche for herself in stand-up and sketch comedy, and continues to break the stereotypes of little people in entertainment.

NADYA GINSBURG the Jew Talian Stallion - recently featured in Time Out Tel Aviv (dont be jealous) perfected her craft of creating off-beat, original characters and celebrity impressions on the stages of New York City. She’s written for and starred in pilots for Comedy Central and VH1, been a series regular and a guest star on network television and worked as a voice-over actor in everything from Anime cartoons to national radio spots. A frequent guest of Roseanne Barr on Air America, Ginsburg has been been called “A Genius,” “LOL-iscious” and “Comedy Viagra” by Perez Hilton.
