We have an Uncle Dick on our mom's side. It's true. We have an Uncle Richard on our dad's side. This is also true. The name Dick is short for Richard, so Uncle Richard assumed that we named our show after him. We didn't. We named it after Uncle Dick, but we won't tell Uncle Richard that because we don't want to break his heart. Uncle Dick has a red beard and is a union head at Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha, Nebraska. He has 9 children, 6 grandchildren, 25 nieces and nephews and smokes.

And because of Uncle Dick, The Brothers Tamisiea are collectively known as "We Have An Uncle Dick". But now they have a long distance sibling rivalry. Where once they were headquartered in Chicago, now Patrick is in Los Angeles and Timmy is in Chicago. But this isn’t a split, it’s a challenge - and fondness only makes the heart grow stranger. Watch these brothers use this distance to flesh out hilarious familial themes, gross misconduct and dysfunction that will make your head spin.
